i loved how the hotel was built. the furniture is natural wood, the villas in the garden are stone, a rare find! marble floors in the bathroom really elevated my experience. also the location was magnificent with wonderful staff and right on the beach.
the pool deck has areas i found a little unsafe and needs fixing.

the amazing pool area is fabulous! it provided a perfect setting during my quieter days. plus, there is a swim up bar and great restaurants that meant i never wanted to leave the resort.

the staff was so friendly and very helpful, always smiling. they were attentive. massage at the on site spa provided by Dena and the other ladies proved to be the best i had in Bali!

the location was perfect on the beach, not too far from the lively spots but still tranquil. it is close enough to enjoy every moment. there are many food places nearby and it's only a short walk into the centre.

the rooms here are huge and comfy. i found them always thoroughly cleaned each day. my room had a lovely balcony. i watched the sunrise and sunsets! i was upgraded to a sea view room too!

the room included a balcony with a nice view of the ocean. breakfast had a good selection of food. the gardens were well maintained and peaceful.
the air conditioning did not work well. the bed was uncomfortable. i found no wifi in the room, it was poor in public areas.
